Please find enclosed the information you will need with regard to school dinner arrangements.
If your child will be having school dinners we would be grateful if completed menus could be with the Academy on the Friday of the preceding week, or on the first day back after a holiday break; we appreciate this may not always be possible.
Menus will be available on the Academy website, and can be downloaded to be printed off at home. Completed menu selections can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Payments can be made via cash, cheque, or bank transfer. Please ensure payment and/or menus arrive at the Academy on the first day of the week in a sealed envelope with your child’s name clearly marked on the front. We are happy to take payment weekly, fortnightly, or for the term.
If your child is entitled to a free school meal, please let us know if you have not done so already.
